Who is Dennis Jolly?
He is a Chapel Valley Recording Artist and the son of the late Pastor Clay and Elizabeth (Mitchell) Jolly who were devout Christians and pastored for more than 60 years. He is married to Ellen (Fenton) Jolly and they have one son, one daughter, eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He now resides in West Union, Ohio
Dennis started singing at the age of 15 and formed the group “The Glory Boys” along with his brother Luther and friend Gary Zornes.
Throughout the following years, Dennis sang in various groups through 2018, at which time he felt led to begin a solo ministry.
Dennis’ goal is to reach out to people through testimony and song. He wants to be available to all churches, small and large, but especially to the small churches where it might not be feasible to bring in the big-name groups or those groups who are unable to come.
Dennis travels to surrounding states and beyond to give his testimony and share his music with as many as possible. He does not charge to come and sing; however, he will accept a love offering. He considers it an honor and privilege to sing in any venue, whether it is in a church service, revival, camp meeting or singing convention – indoors or outdoors.
Dennis and Ellen maintain an up-to-date schedule on the website dennisjollyministries.com. It can also be seen on gospelgigs.com, a free website which will send a weekly schedule to your email or you can do a search of groups at any time. He also has a Facebook page under Dennis Jolly Ministries as well as several songs on You Tube. He has recorded four CDs to date, along with a DVD, and is planning his fifth project.
